About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced venue leader to take full ownership of a diverse operation. With a strong team in place and newly completed renovations, this role suits someone ready to make their mark and bring sharp attention to cost control, gaming compliance, and late-night trade. The salary is $110-120K, with genuine long-term stability and autonomy in a high-performing venue.

Position Description

* Oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and nightclub operations

* Lead and mentor department heads and the broader team

* Drive gaming compliance, TAB/Keno operations, and late-night service standards

* Manage venue-wide budgeting, wage control, COGs, and reporting

* Maintain RSA compliance and licensing obligations

* Collaborate with ownership on promotions, events, and community engagement

Position Requirements

* Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Venue Manager from a pub-style background, preferably in a regional setting

* Strong financial acumen and hands-on cost control skills

* Solid understanding of gaming compliance, liquor licensing, and late-night trading venues

* Leadership style that motivates, supports, and builds accountable teams

* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights

* Relevant certificates, including RSA, RGC (advanced), and approved licensee a pre-requisite for applications
