About the role

Join our dynamic team at Hoopla' as an Assistant Manager in our South Morang, VIC location. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in overseeing the day-to-day operations and leading a team of passionate hospitality professionals within a busy and fast paced Bar and Restaurant. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will help drive the strategic growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

Lead and motivate a team of front-line staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback

Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience at all times

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the business

Collaborate with the management team to identify and resolve operational challenges

Comply with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations

What we're looking for

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Assistant Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in data analysis and financial management

Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be highly regarded
