About the Role

As Cluster General Manager, you'll oversee the operations of several regional venues. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your focus will be on driving performance, ensuring consistency, mentoring on-site teams, and integrating new venues into the group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about building great teams.

Your Skills and Experience

Proven experience in multi-site hotel, motel, or venue management

Strong operational and financial acumen

Skilled in people management, coaching, and recruitment

Tech-savvy and confident using hotelier platforms and HR Systems

Willingness to travel regularly across regional locations
