A respected national advisory firm is seeking experienced insolvency professionals to join their Sydney team. We have opportunities available for both Senior and Manager level roles. With a strong pipeline of corporate and personal insolvency matters, the firm offers a dynamic environment where you’ll engage directly with stakeholders, regulators, and senior leadership.
You will manage complex files end-to-end, from investigations to statutory reporting, and participate in creditor meetings and negotiations with the ATO. These roles are ideal for confident professionals who enjoy problem-solving, managing sensitive situations, and driving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage corporate and personal insolvency files
• Conduct investigations and analysis to inform case strategy
• Prepare statutory reports and regulatory submissions
• Attend and actively contribute to creditor meetings and external engagements
• Liaise with regulators, legal teams, and financial stakeholders
• Mentor junior staff and help build team capability

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, or Law
• 2–6 years’ insolvency experience (Senior or Manager level)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
• Knowledge of insolvency law including the Corporations Act and Bankruptcy Act
• High attention to detail and excellent time management
• Desirable: CA or CPA (qualified or studying), MYOB Insolvency, Power BI or Dynamics 365
