About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to join our dynamic team at LHP Partners Chartered Accountants' in Parramatta, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting and business advisory services to our diverse range of clients across various industries.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact and providing strategic advice and support

Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents

Assist clients with business planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Identify opportunities to improve clients' financial performance and operational efficiency

Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables

Contribute to the development and implementation of firm-wide initiatives and best practices

Manage, mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and professional development

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in a client-facing accounting or business advisory role

Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, with expertise in financial reporting and analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients

Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with a commercial mindset

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members

Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations

Relevant accounting qualifications (CA or CPA) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
