About the role

Take the reigns and lead the team's day to day service delivery. The Senior Manager Accountant plays a vital role in delivering a range of corporate tax compliance and financial accounting services to our diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key contributor within our fast-growing Tax and Accounting team, supporting growing international businesses on their journey into the Australian market. Working in a high-performing and close-knit team, this role reports directly to the Senior Client Manager and provides key operational support, review and leadership across the Tax and Accounting team.

About You

You will bring your positive, can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, professionalism and customer service focus and you will have:

CA/CPA professional registration

A minimum 5 years' public practice accounting experience in Australia

Extensive experience with preparation and lodgment of income tax, FBT returns and other Australian tax matters (predominantly with corporate clients)

Extensive experience with preparation, lodgment and review of BAS and IAS

Experience and knowledge across all areas of bookkeeping (inc. AP, AR, reconciliations, etc.)

Experience and knowledge in payroll, superannuation and related administration

Exposure to modern accounting systems (ideally Xero and XPM)

Strong time and workflow management skills

Outstanding communication and leadership skills

A desire to learn from your colleagues and work together to succeed
