The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with experienced Project and Site Managers to support delivery across all phases of construction, from early planning to final handover. The projects are significant, ranging up to $35M, with a mix of commercial, institutional, and design-driven work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with procurement, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinating subcontractors and managing documentation
• Supporting contract administration and stakeholder communication
• Attending project meetings and contributing to key decisions
• Preparing to transition into a Project Manager role

This isn’t a support role that keeps you on the sidelines, you will be apart of important conversations and have a real impact from day one.
