A key player in their field, this organisation specialises in the manufacturing and distribution of high-demand products used across a range of industries.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties including:

• Accounts Payable - process, pay, reconciliation of supplier statements
• Prepare ad hoc invoices and process credit invoices
• Employee expenses
• Reconciliation of month end accounts
• Accounts Receivable - banking, allocations, collections (phone and email)
• Preparation of sales reports, month end reports, P&L and cashflow reports
• Manage stocktake
• Processing payroll - 40 employees
• Prepare Payroll tax and PAYG
• Prepare BAS quarterly
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Assist with compliance auditing
• Review financial information

• You will thrive in this role if you can adapt to daily tasks, where no two are the same. Fast paced and thinking on your feet is essential.
• Strong communication skills and solid experience in all round accounts
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Strong technical knowledge and experience using large ERP systems
