Part-Time Dental Receptionist – Experienced | Future Dental Centre – Moonee Ponds

We are looking for a confident, organised, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team at Future Dental Centre. This is a part-time position with the potential to progress to full-time for the right dedicated candidate.

About the Role:

Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and professional attitude

Managing appointments and schedules using dental software (CorePractice experience a bonus)

Answering phone and email enquiries efficiently

Processing payments, health fund claims, and Medicare transactions

Maintaining smooth front-desk operations and supporting the clinical team

What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year of dental or medical reception experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

A proactive attitude and ability to work independently

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
