2 Positions Available: Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant

Malvern East Family Dental

Working Hours:

Dental Receptionist

Tuesday ,Thursday Friday

Hours : Tuesday ,Friday 8.30am- 5pm

Thursday : 1pm-7pm

Dental Assistant:

Monday,Wednesday,Friday

9am -5 pm

No weekends

Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Receptionist at Malvern East Family Dental, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling phone calls, coordinating administrative tasks, excellent communication skills and assisting in the smooth functioning of our dental practice.

As a Dental Assistant you will have to provide the chair side assisting to our Dentists , instruments processing and sterilisation.

Qualifications:

Dental receptionist experience is preferred but not necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Familiarity with Dental4W software is a plus.

Dental assisting experience and sterilization skills are necessary.
