Alliance Community is currently seeking reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering complex care services to vulnerable members of our community, and we are proud of the exceptional care and support we provide.
We are looking to fill shifts in the following areas:
Petrie, Mitchelton, Everton Hills, Kingston, Hemmant and the Moreton Bay Region.
About the Role
As a Support Worker with Alliance Community, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with complex needs in their homes and communities. Duties may include:
Personal care assistance
Manual handling, hoisting, and support with transfers
Consistent, person-centered care to support client independence and well-being

What You’ll Need to Succeed
We're looking for resilient, energetic, and committed individuals who are passionate about supporting others.
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months of paid experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role
Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or a related field (highly desirable)
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable access to a vehicle
Availability to commit to regular shifts with our clients
Desirable Experience (not essential – training provided):
PEG feeding and tube care
Catheter care and complex bowel care
Manual handling and use of hoists
