About the Role

We currently have opportunities for Disability Support Workers to support participants in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes through Community Participation and Domestic Cleaning.

📅 Shifts available Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for community access, social outings, and daily appointments

Assist with general domestic cleaning and household tasks

Build strong, trusting relationships with participants

Promote independence, safety, and overall well-being

About You

You are a reliable, empathetic, and experienced support worker who is passionate about making a difference. You’ll have:
✅ Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
✅ Minimum 12 months experience in the disability sector
✅ Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities
✅ Current First Aid Certificate
✅ Australian Driver’s Licence and own vehicle (comprehensively insured and roadworthy)
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Australian working rights
