About the Role:
Due to recent growth in our client base, we are seeking both male and female disability support workers. We prioritise our workers and clients safety and wellbeing above all else. This results in male support workers working with male clients and female support workers working with female clients.
We are seeking support workers who are compassionate, motivated, good communicators, empathetic and driven to provide support and care to clients with a range of needs. A moderate level of fitness is desired.
Due to client requirements, this role requires excellent verbal communication in English, including the ability to speak clearly and be easily understood.

Participant #1
Support Worker – Northern Strathpine Area
We are seeking support workers with an active lifestyle and a genuine interest in helping early-teen participants achieve their goals. This role involves working with a family who is currently managing well independently. Initial responsibilities will include transport to appointments and rapport building to establish a strong connection with the participant and their family.
This position will be part of a small team of 3–4 workers, covering Monday to Friday support. Please include your availability in your cover letter to help us best match your schedule with the family's needs.
Current shift requirements (with the likelihood of additional hours in the future):
Monday - Friday 7am - 10am
Monday - Friday 2pm - 5pm
Experience supporting individuals with Level 2 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is highly regarded.
Participant #2
Support Worker – Surrounding North Lakes Suburb
We are seeking a support worker for a late-teen participant with a strong interest in gaming, who also understands the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between leisure and responsibilities. Early stages of support will focus on rapport building, patience, and gentle encouragement.
The participant is respectful and quiet, with a diagnosis of Level 2 ASD, and observations suggesting traits bordering Level 3. The goal is to build their capacity, confidence, and independence over time.
We’re looking for someone who can foster growth at a pace that aligns with the participant’s comfort and readiness. An interest in cars and computers is highly regarded. A trauma-informed approach is essential for this role.
Experience supporting individuals with Level 2 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is highly regarded.
Participant #3
Support Worker – Burpengary/Narangba Area
We are seeking a support worker for a pre-teen participant who requires transport and in-home support on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:40 PM to 5:40 PM.
This role involves assisting with after-school routines and providing a calm, supportive presence during transitions. A reliable vehicle and a patient, child-focused approach are essential.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
Community Access: Social activities, grocery shopping
Domestic assistance: Light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
Assistance in Transportation i.e. Travelling to medical appointments
Supporting clients who have mental health challenges.
Social support and companionship
Skills and Competencies
Competent writing, Comprehension, and Verbal skills.
Proficient computer skills, with easy access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Ability to follow instructions and work within the limitations of the position.
Ability to work independently
Requirements
Certificate III Individual Support (or relevant qualification).
First Aid and CPR
Reliable Vehicle with a Current QLD Drivers License.
National Police check (Within past 6 months, or willing to obtain)
Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening (Or willing to obtain)
NDIS Worker Orientation Modules (Completed prior to commencement)
