What You’ll Be Working On

• Designing and deploying AI plug-ins and automation modules for a cloud-based global voice system
• Leveraging AWS and modern cloud tools to ship and scale with speed
• Building with (or around) Asterisk, SIP/VoIP systems — bonus if you know them already
• Applying tools like OpenAI, Whisper, and NLP/NLU platforms to power voice and chat intelligence
• Collaborating with product and tech leaders to push boundaries (and occasionally break them)

Who You Are

• A smart, hands-on engineer with experience across AI and telecoms
• Confident working with AWS (or other cloud platforms) and ideally Asterisk or VoIP systems
• Familiar with tools like Twilio, Dialogflow, Claude, OpenAI, or similar APIs
• Passionate about building systems that are intelligent, scalable, and user-centric
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with hospitality tech like PMS or CRM integrations
