Profile Summary
Highly experienced Software Engineer and Technical Lead with over 12 years of expertise in building cloud-native, AI-integrated, enterprise-scale solutions within the automotive and connected vehicle domains. Demonstrates strong capabilities in designing secure microservices architectures, leading agile engineering teams, and delivering robust, scalable applications on Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms. Adept in stakeholder management, regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO), and cost-optimized cloud delivery. Actively seeking challenging roles in Australia aligned with long-term digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of connected vehicle and telematics solutions.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Drive cloud-native application development and migration initiatives using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Integrate AI/ML and NLP models into core applications to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Facilitate Agile Release Trains, Sprint Planning, and PI Planning sessions following SAFe/Agile
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and uphold clean code practices and performance optimization.
- Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory standards across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India, Germany, and China to align global engineering efforts.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, onboarding guides, and support runbooks for scaled delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture
- Deep experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native solutions
- Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation
- Solid understanding of software design principles, API security, and OAuth2/JWT
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, Azure ML, and NLP model integration
- Proven leadership in agile environments with SAFe certification and Agile coaching
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and global team collaboration
