Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

Onboarding new properties

Manage your own portfolio of 150 Properties

Prepare properties to be advertised online

Organise and conduct routine, vacate and final inspections

Conducting repairs and maintenance

Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords

Prospecting for new business/properties

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

Organised, reliable and be willing to perform a diverse range of tasks

Excellent verbal and written skills

Immaculate corporate presentation

Ability to demonstrate initiative and pro-active across tasks

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong work-ethic with a commitment to excellence

Committed to constant improvement and open to ongoing training

A NSW Drivers license and reliable car

Valid real estate license/certificate preferred

Experience in real estate preferred
