About the Role:
As our next broker, you’ll:
Be handed warm, pre-qualified leads every week — ready to go
Focus on writing clean, high-converting deals — no cold-calling required
Work from home or our office, with support available either way
Use our in-house marketing engine to strengthen your personal brand and referrals
Receive admin and loan processing help to speed up your time to settlement
Join a team that backs each other, celebrates wins, and has fun doing it
We’ve built the systems, marketing, and referral flow — you just bring your skills and drive.
About You:
You're a mortgage broker who:
Has at least 12+ months of experience writing residential or commercial loans in either banking or the brokerage space (more is great)
Enjoys client interaction and knows how to build trust and convert
Is motivated by performance — and thrives in a role with leads consistently coming in
Wants structure, support, and team culture without micro-management
Values flexible working, lifestyle balance, and growth potential
Holds Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential) and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred)
Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
