About the Role
You will join a structured program designed to train motivated individuals from the ground up. You will receive four training sessions per week, full marketing and administrative support, and direct access to qualified leads from local real estate offices and referral networks.

What We Are Looking For

Less than two years of experience in finance, lending, sales or real estate preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a professional approach

Willingness to work hard and learn quickly

Based in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast and able to attend real estate offices and open homes regularly

What Success Looks Like

Settle at least $5 million within the first four months

Aim to reach $40 to $50 million in settlements within your first year

Grow into a leadership or senior broker role over time, with access to increased responsibility and rewards

This is a commission only role, with brokers receiving a 70/30 split
