About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to provide Strategic Leadership and Exemplary Supervision to all Mould Remediation Team Staff in your charge, whilst promoting an Environment of Inclusion and Teamsmanship.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Manage the resources of the Mould Remediation team to maintain best practice standards and meet legislative requirements for all The Prince Charles Hospital campus.
• Maintain Quality Control measures to approved levels and ensure compliance with all relevant Australian Standards, Acts, Regulations, Instructions and other directions applicable to the trade.
• Issuing of general work guidelines and work assignments, the exercising of supervisory skills, overseeing the work of trades, contractors and other staff. Ensuring deadlines, specifications, and quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for the ordering of materials, the hiring of equipment, obtaining all required drawings, and administrative duties for the HVAC department.
