Personal Maids are growing and we’re looking for a passionate Operations Manager to lead our expert team of cleaning specialists and manage all aspects of service delivery. This includes:

o Being the primary point of contact for the business, including taking new enquiries, site visits, preparing quotes and providing excellent customer service;

o Coordinating and scheduling cleaning jobs;

o Managing a growing a team of cleaners, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction;

o Implementing efficient systems, processes and procedures;

o Building and maintaining long-term relationships withs existing and prospective clients;

o Preparing and submitting quotes;

o Following up on quotes to negotiate and secure projects;

o Contributing to forecasting, budgeting and revenue target setting;

o Representing Personal Maids at industry events and networking opportunities as they arise.

The Operations Manager must have strong communications skills as they will be responsible for managing a team and interacting with clients and suppliers on a daily basis. The role requires strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth operations and the delivery of the highest quality services. This includes extensive experience in business management.
