Lotterywest is uniquely the only Government owned and operated lottery in Australia. We have supported the community for over 90 years with the purpose to operate a responsible and sustainable lottery that leaves an enduring positive impact for WA.

Lotterywest is also the employing agency for Healthway, the only State Government department dedicated to health promotion. For over 30 years, Healthway has funded projects and research to inspire Western Australians to live healthier lives.

Job Profile

The Marketing Officer supports the execution of the Lotterywest brands (product and corporate) and marketing strategy, to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. The role is responsible for planning and development of marketing and communications material in line with the organisations brand, financial and overall business objectives. The role has the following key areas of focus:

Brand Management and Communications

Campaign planning and scheduling

Intellectual Property Maintenance

Sales analysis and reporting

Player retention and acquisition

Stakeholder management and engagement

About you, you have:

Experience implementing marketing campaigns across a broad range of media and communication channels

Experience implementing best practice principles for creative, across various media channels, in a consumer’s path to purchase.

Data interpretation and analysis skills including financial analysis and brand metrics to optimise marketing and brand communications effectiveness.

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Well-developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and initiate business improvement strategies, processes, and procedures.
