Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Coordinator with a specialization in content creation to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to craft compelling content across various platforms to engage our target audience. This role will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our overall marketing objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Work with our Head of Marketing to develop and execute content marketing strategies to promote Ultimo Catering & Events across digital and traditional channels.

Create engaging and relevant content including social media content, email campaigns, website copy, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and information for content development, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.

Manage external contractors (like professional photographers), content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery and distribution of content.

Monitor and analyse the performance of content across various platforms, using insights to optimise strategies and drive results.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing, applying new ideas and approaches to enhance our content efforts.

Essential for Success

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in crafting content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email marketing.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and relevant apps / tools preferred.

Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine interest in food, events, and catering.

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable working in dynamic environments
