Looking to take the next step in your claims career? A leading member-focused super fund is on the lookout for an experienced Case Manager (must have 2 years of death claims experience) to join their close-knit, compassionate team.

In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end process of death claims with empathy and efficiency-guiding beneficiaries through difficult times, handling queries, and ensuring smooth claims outcomes.

What you'll bring:

• At least 2 years of experience managing life insurance or superannuation-based death claims
• Confidence in challenging insurer decisions and preparing trustee recommendations
• Strong communication skills when working with members, legal reps, and stakeholders
• A passion for delivering fair and supportive service to those who need it most
