As we scale into the new-build market across residential and commercial developments, we’re seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead this next chapter of growth.
This is a high-impact role, ideal for a hunter with a strong construction network, a track record of securing project wins, and the ambition to drive results.
What You’ll Do
Win new build projects by leveraging your relationships with builders, developers, architects and consultants
Expand our remedial portfolio across strata, remedial builders, engineers and asset managers
Own the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to tendering and deal closure
Strengthen industry visibility through client meetings, events, CPD presentations and networking
Collaborate cross-functionally with our estimating, engineering, and project teams to deliver client success
Drive strategy and performance with clear targets, pipeline visibility, and regular reporting
What You Bring
5+ years’ experience in BDM, sales or account management roles in construction or building products
A robust network in Sydney’s mid-rise, commercial, or remedial construction sector
A proven record of securing tenders, winning packages, and growing revenue
Strong knowledge of the construction lifecycle, project procurement, and contract negotiations.
High competency using CRM systems and tender platforms such as EstimateOne (E1) or similar
Confidence working with technical teams and understanding compliance needs (BCA/NCC and AS knowledge is a plus)
A current driver’s licence and a passion for being in the field, not behind a desk
