Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results, driven Retail Manager to oversee our vehicle sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing retail strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee day to day operations of the dealership’s retail sales department.

● Manage, support, and train the sales team to achieve performance targets.

● Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

● Monitor inventory and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure a diverse and

appealing vehicle range.

● Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure all clients receive professional service.

● Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with quality and brand standards.

● Analyse sales data, prepare reports, and suggest business improvements to senior

management.

● Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and local regulations.

Requirements:
Work Experience & Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in automotive or related industries.

● Formal qualifications in Business, Retail Management, or a related field are desirable.

Skills:

● Proven leadership and team management skills.

● Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales performance analysis.

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Organisational and time management abilities to meet targets and manage priorities.

● Strong problem solving skills and a proactive attitude.

● Valid driver’s licence.
