About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Manager to join the team at a very busy Fuel station and Retail shop in Mossman, QLD. As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retailstore and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment andcontribute to the growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Manage and motivate a team of retail sales associates to deliver outstandingcustomer service

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management,merchandising, and loss prevention

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth andachieve targeted sales goals

Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industryregulations

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamengagement and development

What we're looking for

Must have experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Retail &Consumer Products industry

* Must possess relevant qualifications.

* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate anddevelop a team

* Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional in-store experience

* Proficient in data analysis and interpreting performance metrics to drive businessdecisions
