Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and professional Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Domino’s outlet. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain inventory, enhance customer experience, and ensure the store operates smoothly and profitably. This role requires a strong understanding of retail management principles and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations by selecting the right product range, controlling inventory levels, and upholding high standards of customer service to meet business objectives.

Develop and apply strategies for purchasing, marketing and to support sales growth.

Design and roll out both online and offline promotional activities to boost product and service visibility.

Handle direct sales to customers, offering informed guidance on product use to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Keep detailed and accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions to assist with performance reviews and compliance needs.

Oversee budgeting processes, track financial performance, and implement cost controls to maintain profitability.

Lead staff management functions such as hiring, training, and supervising team members to ensure efficiency and professional development.

Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety laws and regulations, including regular staff training and maintaining safe work practices.

Experience & Qualifications

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or higher qualification is essential for eligibility.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a retail or hospitality management role.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and customer service practices.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions quickly.
