We are seeking a driven and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of one of our Fuel Stations and retail outlets. Key Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, your role will include the day-to-day operational, financial, and customer service management of the fuel station and retail convenience store. Your duties will include:

Overseeing daily operations of the service station, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of both forecourt and retail areas

Managing fuel and convenience store inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely ordering of fuel and retail goods

Leading and supervising staff—including hiring, rostering, training, mentoring, and performance management

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

Ensuring top-notch customer service by handling escalations, resolving complaints, and improving customer satisfaction

Monitoring sales performance and KPIs, implementing strategies to increase profitability and manage operational costs

Handling cash management and banking procedures, including reconciliations and end-of-day reporting

Implementing promotional campaigns and marketing strategies in coordination with company head office

Managing compliance with fuel pricing, weights and measures, licensing obligations, and workplace health and safety

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a retail management or site manager role (fuel or convenience retail preferred)

Strong leadership and staff management skills

Solid knowledge of inventory and stock control

Strong understanding of financials, reporting, and cash handling

Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities

Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental compliance

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment

Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, or evening shifts as required
