The Opportunity

Worklocker Hervey Bay has a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced, ambitious and highly motivated Store Manager. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations. You will be leading a small but highly skilled team with the expectation of driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Providing strong leadership by setting clear goals and motivating your team

Driving sales and profitability

Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

Monitor store performance, identifying any areas for improvement

Ensure the store maintains a high standard of visual merchandising and cleanliness

Collaborate with the owner on a regular basis

Attend annual franchise conferences

Manage the day-to-day running of the store.

What we're looking for

Experience in a retail management role, preferably within the workwear industry

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills

Passionate about creating a positive and engaging in-store experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues.
