Flooring Pros Australia is growing fast – and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused team members to join our Canberra showrooms. We currently have opportunities for Sales & Store Consultants, and we’re also seeking applicants with marketing experience to help expand our digital reach and brand presence.

If you’re passionate about interiors, customer service, and helping to grow a recognised Australian brand both in-store and online – we want to hear from you!

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing (Sales & Store Consultant role):

Welcoming customers into our showroom with energy and professionalism

Managing in-store presentation, cleaning, and general upkeep to ensure a high-quality experience

Providing expert advice on flooring products to walk-in and online clients

Scheduling and coordinating on-site measures and consultations

Working closely with management to convert leads into satisfied, long-term customers

Driving store and online sales with a results-focused and customer-first approach

🔹 Marketing & Digital Skills We’re Also Looking For:

In addition to sales consultants, we are also open to candidates with marketing skills who can assist with:

Website content development and helping improve user experience on our site

Managing and scheduling social media content and campaigns

Supporting the creation of blogs, newsletters, and digital promotional material

Collaborating on Google Ads, SEO, and digital lead generation strategies

Tracking marketing performance and identifying new online opportunities

Assisting in the planning of seasonal campaigns and sales events

🔹 Basic Requirements (for all applicants):

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated with a professional, can-do attitude

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming showroom

Comfortable using computers, email, and digital tools

Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Bonus: Experience with websites (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace), Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
