Join a growing team in a well-established architectural hardware business supplying quality door and architectural hardware to builders, tradespeople, and the public.
We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Sales Counter Assistant to help us deliver great service in our Fyshwick store.

About the Role

This is a front-line sales and service role. You’ll be assisting customers at the counter, handling product enquiries, quoting, processing sales, and supporting the warehouse team when needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers and account holders
• Process quotes and sales orders using our POS system
• Assist with picking and packing customer orders
• Maintain a tidy and organised counter and showroom area
• Answer phones and manage general enquiries

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, reliable, and comfortable dealing with a mix of builders, tradies, and DIYers.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in trade retail, hardware, or a similar hands-on customer service role
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
• Basic computer literacy (POS or inventory systems a bonus)
• A willingness to learn product knowledge and help where needed
• Forklift licence or warehouse experience is a plus (not essential)
