About the role

Are you passionate about property and helping clients find the perfect space for their needs? We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team specialising in Granny Flats and Secondary Dwellings.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in building a granny flat on their property. You'll guide clients through the journey from initial enquiry to signed contract, offering expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their lifestyle, investment, or family needs.

Our client is a well-established Australian company with over 20 years of experience specialising in the design and construction of high-quality granny flats across NSW and the ACT. Known for its transparent pricing, efficient build times, and flexible design options. Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, affordable housing solutions. With a focus on customer satisfaction and clear communication, the company manages the entire process-from council approvals to handover-ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to leads and conduct client consultations (in person, phone, or online)
• Understand council requirements, property assessments, and planning regulations
• Provide design advice and explain build options, inclusions, and pricing
• Work closely with design, drafting, and construction teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up strategies to close deals

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in property, residential sales, or building industry (granny flats a bonus!)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A self-starter with a passion for helping people
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
• Ability to understand site layouts, floorplans, and basic regulations (training provided)
