�� What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with homeowners, investors, and families looking to maximise their property through granny flat builds. Your role is to consult, quote, and close, with the support of a highly skilled internal team.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to qualified inbound leads from marketing and referrals
• Conduct client meetings at display homes, onsite, or virtually
• Guide clients through designs, inclusions, approvals, and timeframes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
• Drive deals from first contact through to signed contract

• Proven sales success in residential building, property, or related industries
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Confidence in managing multiple client relationships at once
• Familiarity with NSW/ACT building approvals or CDC a bonus
• Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools
