We are currently seeking a confident and motivated Sales Consultant to join our friendly team in Belconnen. If you have a flair for customer service and an eye for detail, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in a dynamic business.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom or making enquiries. You’ll guide them through the selection process, offer tailored recommendations, and ensure they feel confident and informed about their choices.

Key responsibilities:

Provide expert product advice across a wide range of flooring and window furnishing solutions

Build strong relationships with customers, from initial enquiry to installation

Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on potential customer enquiries

Liaise with installers and suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries

Maintain a well-presented showroom and stay up to date with new product ranges

Use internal systems and technology to manage sales processes and communications

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

A strong communicator with excellent people skills

Confident with technology and able to adapt to new systems (with training)

Detail-oriented and able to provide accurate, clear information to customers

Motivated, professional, and reliable

Willing to learn – experience in flooring is a bonus but not essential
