The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team and play a key role in FP&A, business performance and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accounting professional who thrives on turning data into insights and partnering with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. The main responsibilities of your role will include but not be limited to the following.

• Partner with key stakeholders across the business and provide value-add insights and advice
• Prepare accurate monthly financial and operational performance reports, including Board reporting
• Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting updates
• Deliver timely and insightful internal KPI and cost centre reporting, including variance analysis support across the business
• Build strong working relationships across departments to provide proactive financial advice and analysis
• Support reconciliation processes for monthly invoicing and revenue recognition
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by the CFO

The Candidate
Toe be successful in this role, you will be CPA/CA qualified and have strong FP&A, management accounting and business partnering experience. You will also have a solid grasp of cost and project accounting, a track record in process improvement, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Technically proficient in financial modelling, Excel, and business intelligence systems, you’re a collaborative team player who works well independently and thrives in complex environments. Experience with Dynamics FinOps and BI tools is highly regarded.
