As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a high-performing Regional Business Development Manager to join our team and lead growth across Regional Victoria, including Geelong, Bendigo, Ballarat, Warrnambool, Gippsland and Mildura.

About the Role
This Geelong-based role is all about building strong customer relationships, winning new business, and owning your territory. With a growing existing customer base, the opportunity is massive—but we need someone with the grit and drive to take it to the next level.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Drive territory growth by winning new business and expanding existing accounts

Engage face-to-face with signwriters and wide format printers across the region

Achieve and exceed activity, revenue, and growth KPIs

Effectively manage your pipeline and reporting through our CRM system

Collaborate with a supportive internal team and leadership who have your back

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven success in new business B2B sales

CRM experience and confidence in structured sales processes

Strong ability to plan, prioritise and manage your own territory

An inward competitiveness, growth mindset and hunger to outperform targets

Industry experience in signage, print or industrial consumables (ideal, not essential)
