Are you tech-savvy, organised, and ready to take on a hybrid role—working both in-clinic and at head office—as part of a fast-evolving healthcare operations team? We’re on the lookout for someone who’s worked as a Practice Manager or similar in Allied Health, and is ready for a fresh challenge. You’ll be overseeing the day-to-day operations of our health clinics – with plenty of variety. Based mostly in Macquarie Park, some days you’ll travel between clinics, and you’ll occasionally help out on the front desk when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing – Your Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, high-trust role where you'll work closely with the Head of Allied Health to keep our team, systems and clinics running smoothly.
Clinic Operations & Administration
Jump in at reception when needed (e.g. during leave)
Manage routine comms like Medicare, suppliers and accounts
Keep appointment books humming and systems optimised
Work-fit: handle a high volume of administration with ease
Support clinic maintenance, develop processes and keep training manuals up to date
Team & Culture Support
Support admin team with their daily workflow
Assist with front desk recruitment and help onboard new team members
Update rosters and team comms
Help create a positive and connected team vibe
Compliance & Quality
Stay on top of compliance and equipment checks
Suggest ways to improve systems and processes
Help with QA, reports, and implementing improvements
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...
Have experience in senior allied health administration, or a business/practice manager role
Are an organised multitasker who gets along easily with others
Like solving problems and working with systems and tech
Communicate well and enjoy helping a team thrive
Have your driver’s licence and car (we reimburse kms)
Can work a Monday to Friday roster, starting from 7:30am and finishing as late as 6:00pm.
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $80,000–$92,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)
