As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career and join our head office support team as an Operations Assistant.

💼 About the Role:

As an Operations Assistant, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and leadership team to support the smooth running of multiple practices across the group. This is a fantastic opportunity to transition from single-practice management into a multi-site operations role, with clear career development pathways.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operations across multiple clinics to ensure consistent standards of care and service

Assist with onboarding and training of new practice managers and staff

Conduct regular site visits and assist with compliance, audits, and operational reviews

Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to implement best practices

Help streamline processes to improve efficiency and patient experience

Support marketing, HR, and procurement initiatives at the practice level

👤 About You:

Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Dental Practice Manager

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent understanding of clinical compliance and practice operations

Ability to work independently and as part of a broader management team

Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and team support

Looking to grow into an Operations Manager role in the future
