About the role

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Buckaroo Leatherworks Pty Ltd in Wollongong, NSW. This is a part-time position that will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print

Act as a first point of contact for key wholesale and retail accounts, providing friendly, timely and solutions-focused service

Analysing customer data and insights to help inform marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction

Collaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment and communication of customer orders and with the broader marketing team to create engaging content and assets

Update website content and e-commerce platforms

Providing administrative support for marketing and customer experience activities

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a marketing or customer experience role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry

A customer-first mindset, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client groups

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and cross-functional teams

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Experience using Shopify, Mailchimp and Canva is advantageous.
