Admin Assistant. Full Time Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)

We provide exceptional unique financial planning, estate planning and/or insurance advice to each of our clients, tailored to their goals and needs for their wealth. We do not market our services and new clients come solely from the referrals, validating the superior client service culture our team fosters.
You'll be part of a company that has one main goal: Helping extremely busy clients stay on top of their financial lives and being there to help them get to where they want to be. It is a personal relationship built on trust, exceeding expectations, and exceptional service.
We are looking for an admin assistant to work with our existing great team to provide a red-carpet level of customer service.
