Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM | No Weekends!

Adelaide Plasterboard Centre is seeking a motivated and experienced Admin & Customer Service Officer to join our fast-paced, friendly team! We’re a leading supplier of high-quality building materials to South Australia’s construction industry—and we’re looking for someone reliable, organised, and customer-focused to help keep our operations running smoothly.
About the Role:
You’ll be the go-to person for admin support, customer enquiries, and in-house sales, working closely with our operations and sales teams to deliver top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across the business
Process customer orders across multiple platforms
Manage incoming calls and customer enquiries
Maintain records, purchase orders, and invoices
Follow up on cash sale quotes and orders
Update and manage customer pricing in Excel and our system
Greet and assist visitors
Light office cleaning duties
Assist with in-house sales
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in administration and customer service
(Experience in the building/plasterboard industry is a bonus!)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
A confident, self-motivated team player
