We are an established fire safety and electrical company, looking for someone with the passion to take control of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Payroll/Managing staff salaries (weekly)
• Reconciliation (Daily/monthly)
• Quarterly BAS statements
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Regular unpaid/overdue invoices follow ups
• Financial Reporting
• General administrative and office duties
• Handling the MYOB accounts
• End-of-month reporting.

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• MYOB
• Dedicated/Honest/willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to work well within a small team environment/Team player
• You are proficient with Excel and Microsoft software
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• You have the ability to self-manage workflow and meet targets
• Can do attitude
