We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Newcastle team and keep our high-performing field service operation running smoothly.

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of our service team—managing schedules, processing jobs, liaising with technicians and suppliers, and ensuring customers receive a responsive and professional experience.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, clear in your communication, and enjoy supporting a busy technical team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Scheduling field service work and coordinating technicians

Communicating with customers and managing job readiness

Processing purchase orders and work orders

Preparing and issuing customer invoices

Liaising with suppliers for parts and logistics

Supporting compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001

Preparing reports and assisting the Service Manager

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling or admin role (ideally in trades, technical services)

Great communication skills and a team-first mindset

Strong attention to detail and time management

Confident using scheduling tools or ERP systems (Wiise, Business Central, D365 FS, Netsuite FSM or similar)

Familiarity with electrical or mechanical services is a bonus
