What will you be doing?
You'll be the right hand to the Store Manager - running day-to-day operations, coaching the team, and keeping the store humming. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real responsibility and the autonomy to make an impact.

You will:

Oversee store operations and step up when the Manager is away

Support and coach a team to deliver strong service and results

Manage stock flow, merchandising, and store presentation

Track KPIs, meet targets, and manage daily priorities

Maintain a safe, well-run environment for team and customers

Build strong relationships with regular customers and local trade clients

Who are you?
You're experienced in high-volume or big-box retail and thrive on running a tight, efficient operation. You're not afraid to roll your sleeves up and lead by example.

You have:

Solid experience in retail leadership - assistant manager or supervisor level

A strong handle on stock, sales, visual standards, and team performance

Confidence in decision-making and a calm, steady leadership style

A focus on service, efficiency, and operational excellence

The ability to step up and take charge when needed

Automotive or trade experience is a bonus - but not essential
