About the Role
At JAX Tyres & Auto, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Erina. As a full-time Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key part in growing the business by delivering an exceptional customer experience, advising on vehicle needs, and supporting the Franchisee in mentoring staff to maximise performance and growth opportunities.
What you'll be doing
Delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice
Managing bookings and overseeing smooth daily store operations
Driving sales performance and identifying growth opportunities
Allocating jobs and coordinating workflow within the workshop
Supervising and mentoring workshop staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Optimising store operations and ensuring compliance with WHS and company procedures
Opening and closing the store in line with operational requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role
Tyre or automotive industry experience (Advantageous)
Current valid Driver’s Licence
Strong face-to-face customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills
A strong focus on safety and compliance with WHS regulations
Available to work on Saturdays
