We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Pharmacy Manager in daily operations, staff supervision and training and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing daily store operations

Support and supervise pharmacy staff

Ensure high standards of customer service and patient care

Manage inventory control, ordering, and stock management

Assist with staff training and development

Help maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
