Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Retail Manager to manage and coordinate all aspects of our retail operations. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, oversee inventory and merchandising, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive store performance. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in retail management and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the store.

Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff to build a motivated, productive, and customer-focused team.

Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure timely ordering and replenishment of supplies.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and optimize store performance.

Monitor store performance through analysis of sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health and safety regulations.

Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and product quality.

Skills and Experience

An AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or a higher qualification is essential for eligibility.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality management role.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
