Position Overview

Arrow White is an exciting boutique law firm located in Brisbane CBD and we are seeking a highly motivated 2-5 PAE lawyer to work in our Commercial, Insolvency and Litigation team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and Court proceedings.

Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and appearing on Court hearings.

Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop case strategies and provide support in complex litigation matters.

Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.

Stay updated with changes in legislation and case law.

Assist with business development activities and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Law and a valid Queensland legal practicing certificate.

Minimum 2 years of post-admission experience in commercial, insolvency and litigation.

Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Favorable experience includes:

Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, and legal pleadings with limited supervision.

Previous exposure to litigation and insolvency matters, including dispute resolution and Court appearance.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
