A leading national firm is seeking a talented corporate lawyer with 4–6 years’ PAE to join its dynamic Brisbane office. In this role, you will work closely with a highly experienced partner, advising on complex cross-border and domestic M&A, corporate governance, foreign investment, and regulatory matters across sectors including energy, infrastructure, defence, and technology.

You will gain hands-on exposure to major transactions and regulatory projects - including business structuring, governance, and project start-ups - with opportunities to collaborate nationally across Sydney and Melbourne teams.

What we’re looking for:

Sound experience in corporate and commercial matters, ideally with exposure to foreign investment or regulatory frameworks

Commercial awareness and strong technical skills

Excellent drafting and communication skills

Adaptability and confidence advising across jurisdictions and industries

A collaborative mindset with interest in mentoring junior team members
