COMMERCIAL & PROPERTY LAWYER

This role will require expertise in the matters of:

Residential conveyancing;

Commercial conveyancing;

Property development;

Management rights;

Commercial/Business Law;

Leasing (retail and commercial); and

Essential requirements are:

Minimum 3-5 years post admission experience.

Solid Commercial Law and Property Law experience.

A proven track record maintaining a high file load in an efficient and profitable manner.

The initiative to drive matters forward.

The ability to work unsupervised but willing to approach colleagues for assistance and guidance where needed.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

A genuine passion for Commercial and Property Law.

Salary commensurate with experience and other incentives apply.
